DCM Infotech Ltd. is currently hiring for one Security Operations Center (SOC) L1 for Noida location

Job Title: SOC L1 Analyst / Engineer
Location: Noida (100% Work from Office)
Experience: 1+ Year in SOC Operations
Shift: Rotational Shifts (24/7 Support)

Key Responsibilities:-

Real-time Monitoring: Actively monitor security alerts and events using IBM QRadar SIEM.
Incident Triage & Analysis: Perform L1 triage, initial analysis, and investigation of security incidents to identify potential threats.
Escalation & Documentation: Ticket creation, detailed logging, and escalation of high-priority incidents to L2/L3 teams per Incident Response SLAs.
Threat Detection: Analyze log sources (Firewalls, Endpoint, Windows/Linux OS, Network Devices) integrated into QRadar.

Requirements:-

1+ year of hands-on experience in a Security Operations Center (SOC) environment.
Strong proficiency in IBM QRadar SIEM (dashboard monitoring, offense investigation, log review).
Solid understanding of core networking concepts (TCP/IP, OSI model, DNS, Routing) and security fundamentals.
Knowledge of common attack vectors (Phishing, Malware, Brute Force, DDoS, SQLi).
Strong communication skills and ability to thrive in a 24/7 rotational environment.
