• HRSD Configuration & Customization: Design, configure, and maintain ServiceNow HRSD applications, including HR Case Management, HR Knowledge Management, Employee Service Center (ESC) / Employee Center, Enterprise Onboarding and Transitions, and Lifecycle Events.
• Workflow & Automation: Develop complex workflows, Flow Designer actions, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, UI actions, and script include to automate HR processes.
• Integrations: Build and maintain secure integrations between ServiceNow HRSD and enterprise HR systems using REST/SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub, and middleware.
• Portal Development: Customize the Employee Service Center/Portal UI using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Angular Provider/Widgets.
• Security & Governance: Implement Access Control Lists (ACLs), HR security policies, restricted caller access, and data privacy controls specific to confidential HR data.
• Maintenance & Upgrades: Participate in platform upgrades, patch deployments, bug fixes, unit testing, and code migrations using Update Sets.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Gather business requirements from HR stakeholders, translate them into technical specs, and adhere to Agile/Scrum delivery practices.

• Experience: 4+ years of dedicated technical experience on the ServiceNow platform, with at least 2–3 years focused on HRSD implementations.
• Technical Proficiency: Strong scripting capabilities in JavaScript, Glide API, HTML, CSS, REST/SOAP web services, and Service Portal / AngularJS.
• Core HRSD Expertise: Deep domain knowledge of Case Management, Lifecycle Events, HR Service Catalog, and Employee Center configurations.
• Certifications (Preferred):
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
• Certified Implementation Specialist – HRSD (CIS-HRSD)
• Methodologies: Familiarity with ITIL framework, Agile/Scrum development methodologies, and HR business process design.
